Finding us at 624/3 in Mangal Pandey Nagar isn’t too hard if you know where Samrat Heaven is. We are right near there, and the area stays pretty busy throughout the afternoon. It’s a typical Meerut neighborhood, a mix of houses and small offices like ours. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with all the stationery and books we need for the work. We usually start around ten in the morning, and the first thing is always clearing off the dust that seems to find its way in no matter what. It’s just a few of us here, sitting at the old wooden tables. We don’t really do much in terms of decorating the place; we just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes people get a bit lost looking for the exact building number, but once they see the landmark, they find us okay. The power goes out once in a while, so we just sit and talk or wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just a normal way of working, nothing too complicated. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. By the time the sun starts going down, we’re usually just wrapping up the last few bits of the day’s tasks and locking up. It’s a quiet routine, but it works for us.
