Anand Paints

We’ve got our shop, Anand Paints, set up on the Sardana Bypass Road. It’s in the Kanker Khera area, and we are quite close to the police station. That makes it pretty easy for people to find us since everyone knows where the station is. Being on the bypass means we see a lot of cars and trucks going past all day long. It can be a bit loud, but it brings people in who are just passing through. Our place is full of paint cans and supplies, as you might expect. It’s not a perfectly tidy store, but we know where everything is. We don't use any slick advertising or corporate talk here. We’re just local people who have been selling paint for quite some time. We usually have a radio playing in the background while we work. The shop gets a bit of a breeze from the road, which helps on hot days. We spend a lot of time chatting with customers about their projects and what colors might look good. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and do our best to help whoever comes in. It’s a straightforward business and we like being part of the Kanker Khera community. If you’re driving on the bypass, you’ll see us right there by the road near the station. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for many more years.
