Our office is over at Plot No.50/3 in Subhash Nagar. It’s quite close to the Meerut Public School, so we hear the bells ringing and the kids playing outside all through the day. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit jammed when the parents are picking up their children, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood knows us as the place where there's always a lot of paperwork going on. It’s a plain building, nothing that would catch your eye from the street. Inside, it’s mostly desks piled with files and the sound of the ceiling fan clicking. We don't really have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, one of us will just look up from what we're doing and say hello. It can get pretty cramped when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work with some extra chairs we keep in the back. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It's not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we get tea from the little stall down the road to help get through the afternoon slump. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We just handle the work as it comes in and try to stay on top of the deadlines every single day.
