Agarsen Kirana & Confectioners

You can find Agarsen Kirana & Confectioners at 325/6, Sector 6 in Shastri Nagar, Meerut. We are located right near Kailash Dairy, which is a big landmark around here. Our shop is a mix of a grocery store and a place where you can get sweets and snacks. We have those glass jars filled with different types of biscuits and candies that the kids love. The smell of spices and sugar is always in the air inside the shop. It is a family-run place, and we have been in this part of Meerut for a long time. People come here for their monthly dal and rice, but they also pick up some mithai or chips while they are at it. The counter is usually covered with small items like batteries or pouches of shampoo. It gets really busy in the evenings when families come out for a walk. We don't have any special uniforms or corporate rules. We just treat people like neighbors because that is what they are. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the old hand fans, but nobody seems to mind much. We keep track of everything in a thick notebook. It is a lot of work, especially during the festival season when everyone wants sweets, but we enjoy the bustle. It is just a normal, everyday kirana store serving the people in Sector 6. We keep going until late and then we finally lock up the shop for the night.
