Adi Nath Gears is based in the Mala Roller Flour Mills Compound. It is a bit of an interesting location because you have the smell of grain and the sound of the mill nearby while we are working on metal gears. Our workshop is filled with the smell of machine oil and the sound of metal being cut or ground. We make and repair different kinds of gears. It is dirty work, and your hands are almost always covered in grease by the end of the day. We have some heavy machinery that takes up most of the floor space. There is a small desk in the corner where we keep our drawings and customer notes, but mostly we are standing at the machines. We aren't into fancy talk or big marketing campaigns. If a gear has a broken tooth or needs to be made from scratch, we just get to work on it. The lighting in the shop isn't the best, but we have been doing this long enough to know the machines by feel. It’s a practical, local business. We don't have a website that looks like a tech company. We just have a shop where we do mechanical work. People come to us because they know we can handle the heavy stuff and the specialized repairs. It is loud and greasy, but it is what we do here at the mill compound every day.
