A K Maliks Classes For English

We are located on the 3rd floor of Star Plaza on Begum Bridge Road. It’s right in the Bachcha Park area of Meerut, across from the City Centre. Being on the third floor means we have to walk up a lot of stairs, but it’s a bit quieter up here than it is down on the street level. We focus entirely on English here. The rooms are filled with dictionaries and grammar books. We’ve got some whiteboards that are stained from years of use. The view from the windows shows the busy traffic of Begum Bridge Road. We spend our hours reading out loud and correcting sentences. It’s a simple setup with rows of chairs and some basic tables. We don’t have any polished corporate marketing or a big lobby. It’s just a hallway and a few rooms where the learning happens. Sometimes the lift in the plaza doesn't work, so everyone gets a bit of a workout. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and lunch boxes. Most of the people who come here are looking to improve their speaking or writing for their own reasons. We’ve been in this building for a long time now. It’s just a regular part of our lives, being here and helping people with their English. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we just keep going. It isn't always easy, but we make it through the day.
