Our office is located at Suryanarayana 486/1 in Chota Tengra, right near the Durga Puja Pendal in Taalzholi. It’s a very specific landmark, and during the festival season, it gets incredibly loud and crowded around here. We usually just work through it, though sometimes it’s hard to hear each other over the music and the crowds. Kharagpur is a busy town, and our little spot in Chota Tengra reflects that energy. The office itself is quite basic. We have the usual desks, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of project drawings pinned to the walls. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here, making sure the teams have what they need for the field. It’s not a corporate skyscraper; it’s just a building where people who know their jobs show up and get to work. We have a routine of starting early to beat the worst of the heat. People stop by frequently to drop off papers or discuss the next steps for a project. We don't really do the whole formal business thing. We’re more about getting the tasks done and making sure we don't miss any deadlines. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do stay busy most of the time. Being near the Pendal means everyone knows where we are, which is convenient. It’s a solid, functional base for us to operate from in this part of West Bengal.
