Sekh Poultry Farm Private Limited

Our farm is located in Simulia, which is part of the Ranisimulia area in Ghatal. It is way out in Medinipur, far from the noise of the big cities. We work with Sk Jiyaur Rahaman at this location. It’s a poultry farm, so our life revolves around the birds. Every morning starts very early because the chickens don't wait for anyone. It is a simple life, mostly spent outdoors or in the sheds. The ground is often dusty, and the work is physical. We don't have a polished office with air conditioning. We just have the farm and a small place to keep our records. Ghatal is a quiet place, but it gets busy during the market days. We spend a lot of time checking the feed and making sure the poultry is healthy. It’s not a glamorous job, and your boots will usually be covered in dirt by the end of the shift. We aren't trying to be the biggest poultry company in the state. We just want to run a good farm and provide for the local area. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it’s too hot or when the rains are heavy, but we just manage. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. The address is well-known to the people around here, so we don't need much more than that.
