Jamuna Ice

Jamuna Ice is based in Subhaspally. We are in the Kharagpur Town area, under the local police station jurisdiction. This is in Paschim Midnapur district. It’s a busy part of town. There is always noise from the street. We’ve been here in Subhaspally for quite some time. The building is old and the paint is peeling a bit on the outside. We don't really mind. It’s where we work. Kharagpur Town is a big place, but Subhaspally has its own feel. People around here know us as Jamuna Ice. We don't do any advertising. We don't have a fancy office. It’s just a practical space for what we do. The roads can be a bit rough around here, especially after the monsoon. We see the same faces every day. It’s a hardworking neighborhood. Paschim Midnapur is our home district. We don't plan on going anywhere else. The shop is small and crowded with stuff. We should probably organize it better, but we are always busy. It’s just how it goes. We open early and close when the work is done. It’s a simple life in Kharagpur. Nothing corporate about us. We are just a local business trying to get by. Jamuna Ice is just us, plain and simple. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound. We've tried fixing it, but it just keeps clicking. We just leave it now. Subhaspally is where we belong. The people are okay. We don't ask for much.
