Down here in Kharagpur, things can get pretty humid, so being in the water business makes a lot of sense. Our office is in Diamond Tower over in Sahachak. It’s a well-known building in this part of Paschim Midnapur. We’ve got 721301 as the pincode if you’re looking for us on a map. Most of our day is spent looking at pipes, pumps, and technical drawings. Engineering isn't always pretty, it’s mostly just solving problems and making sure the water flows where it’s supposed to. We have some heavy tools lying around the back and the front desk is usually cluttered with invoices. It’s not a showroom. It’s a workspace. We’ve been operating out of this tower for a few years now. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend most of our breaks talking about the jobs we have lined up. It’s a practical life. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy branding. We just know how to fix stuff related to water systems. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is in this district. We know our neighbors and they know us. We just try to do a solid job so people don’t have to worry about their water. It’s a simple way to make a living and we’re quite used to the pace of things here in Sahachak. It is just everyday work for the guys here.
