Texture Realty Private Limited is located in Mecheda at Plot No. 448 in Raksa Chak Mouza, Barbahala. We operate from Soumya Sahu’s place in Purba Medinipur. It is a quiet area compared to the big cities, and we prefer it that way. Most of our work centers on the local land and property market in this part of West Bengal. We are not a big, fancy firm. It is a local operation where we know the land and the people who live around here. We spend a lot of time out in the fields, checking boundaries and talking to property owners. When we are in the office, we are usually catching up on paperwork or filing things with the local authorities. The Midnapore region has a lot of potential, and we have seen a lot of interest in land lately. We try to keep things simple and direct with everyone. No big sales pitches or complicated talk. We just tell people what we know about the plots and help them through the process of buying. It’s a lot of manual work, checking old records and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to reach certain sites, so we might not always be sitting at the desk when you stop by. But we always get back to people. We have been part of this community for a while and just do our job.
