We are Sundernath Realcon Private Limited. Our office is set up at Rupali Singh’s place in the village of Mirpur. This is in the Hijli area near Kharagpur. We are close to the Sitala Mandir, which is a local landmark. We do real estate and construction. Since we are in a village, things are a bit different than in the big city. We know almost everyone who comes to us. It’s a more personal way of doing things. We don't have a fancy office with a receptionist. Usually, you just come by and we sit down and talk about whatever land or building project you have in mind. We’ve been part of the Hijli community for a while. Our work involves a lot of walking through fields and checking on small building sites. We don't use any corporate jargon. We just speak plainly about what can be done and what it will cost. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. The weather can be tough here, especially the heat, but we just get on with it. We aren't looking to become famous or anything. We just want to do good work for the people around Mirpur. If you are looking for us, just ask for the place near Sitala Mandir. We are usually around somewhere, either at the office or out at a site. It’s a simple life for us.
