Our office is a simple setup where we handle the daily operations of our project work. It’s not a place with glass partitions or air conditioning in every room. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of project files stacked up in the corner. Most of the time, the office is empty because we are all out at the sites. We focus on getting the actual building work done rather than sitting behind a computer all day. It gets quite dusty when the trucks go by on the main road, but that’s normal for a construction firm. We don’t have any big slogans or mission statements printed on the walls. We just come in, see what needs to be done, and go do it. The people in this neighborhood are friendly and we often stop to chat with them. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to keep working on projects that make sense for this area. It’s honest work and it keeps our hands full.
