Omsaiwelfare Foundation

The Omsaiwelfare Foundation is based at the Swami Veveka Nanda College Of Education in Salboni. We are under the P.S Galudih area. Being at the college means we are surrounded by students and teachers all day, which keeps things lively. We aren't part of the college staff, but we share the space for our foundation work. We focus on welfare activities for the local people in Salboni. It’s a lot of boots-on-the-ground type of work. We don't spend our time writing big reports that nobody reads. Instead, we are usually out talking to people or helping organize small events. The office is just a corner where we keep our files. It’s nothing special to look at. We might be a bit disorganized at times, but we get the important stuff done. Working in Galudih gives us a good sense of what’s actually happening in the rural areas around the college. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people knowing who we are. Some days are very quiet, especially when the college is on break. Other days, it’s a lot of noise and activity. We just roll with it. We are just regular people who wanted to do something useful with our time. We don't have any grand slogans. We just show up and do the work that’s in front of us every day.
