Mitro Developers Llp operates out of Midnapore. You can find us at the Pragati Complex in Kshudiram Nagar, c/o Kamal Kishore Lodha. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, but we’ve been here for some time now. We handle development projects, which means we are always looking at land and figuring out what can be built there. The 721101 area is where we do most of our work. The office is usually quite full of paper, maps, and people coming in to talk about their property. We don't go for any of that corporate polish; our office looks like a place where real work happens. Sometimes the files are stacked a bit too high and it's hard to find a pen that works, but we get by. Midnapore is a place where everyone knows everyone else, so we try to keep our reputation straight. We spend a lot of time walking around sites and checking on progress. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes stressful dealing with the local regulations. We don't have any grand mission statements to share. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the table. It is steady work and it keeps us involved with the community here. We enjoy seeing things actually get built from the ground up, even if the progress is sometimes slower than we expected.
