Our business is Malati Agro Food Exports Private Limited. We are located in a place called Uttor Kotbar Sauri, which is in the Dantan area of Paschim Medinipur. If you are looking for us, we are at Basanta Bera’s place. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Being in West Bengal, especially in Midnapore, gives us a lot of space to think about food products and agriculture. We deal with exports, so we spend a lot of time figuring out how to get things from our rural spot out to other places. The roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes, especially when the rains come, but we manage. We aren’t a giant corporation with shiny glass buildings. Our office is just a regular building where we sit and talk to farmers or transporters. We started this because we knew the local area well and saw an opportunity to move products. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just wait it out. It’s a local way of doing things. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a huge team. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers making sure the bags are packed and the trucks are ready. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and people around Dantan know who we are.
