Juber Manufacturing & Marketing Private Limited is based out of Kaushalliya in Kharagpur. We're over at Smt Banani Mallick's place. It’s a local setup in Midnapore, right there with the 721301 pin code. We do a mix of things, some manufacturing and some marketing. It keeps us on our toes. The area is pretty typical for West Bengal. We’ve been here for a while and know the local people. It isn't a massive factory or anything, just a solid place where we get work done. We don't put on any airs. Some days we're focused on the making side, other days we're trying to figure out where to sell. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We have a few staff members who live nearby. We just walk in, start the day, and keep going until the work is finished. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do.
