Ishikara Lifestyle Llp is located over in Midnapore West, specifically in Deuli. We are set up at number 135, which is care of Krishnapada Shit. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the big cities, and that suits us just fine. Being out here means things move at a slightly different pace, but we still keep busy. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It is a practical space where we handle the day-to-day operations of the business. Most of our time is spent looking at samples or talking to people about what needs to happen next. There are trees nearby and you can hear the birds when the windows are open. Sometimes it’s a bit of a drive to get parts or supplies, but we’ve gotten used to the logistics of being in Deuli. Ishikara Lifestyle Llp started as a small idea and now we spend all our hours here. It’s mostly family and local folks involved in one way or another. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the work sitting on the desks. Every morning starts with a quick chat about the plan for the day and then we just get to it. Midnapore is home for us, so having the business here makes sense. It is not complicated, we just do what we do and try to get it right.
