If you head down to Dakshin Bazar in C.K. Town, you’ll find us. Chandraraj Hospital has been a part of West Midnapore for a while, and we’ve grown right along with the community. We aren't one of those massive city hospitals with twenty floors and glass elevators. We’re a more grounded place, right here on the ground in the bazaar area. It can get pretty noisy outside with the market going on and people shouting, but inside we try to keep things focused on the patients. The building has been through a lot of seasons, and it shows a bit, but it’s sturdy and it serves its purpose. We deal with all sorts of medical needs, from small injuries to more serious things that keep people in our beds for a few days. Our staff is mostly from around here, so there’s a lot of local talk and checking in on families. We don't have a fancy PR department writing these words; it’s just us. Sometimes the fans hum a bit too loudly or the paint is peeling in a corner, but that doesn't stop us from doing the work. We try to be honest with people about their health. We don't promise miracles, just hard work and a place to get better. It’s a busy life in Dakshin Bazar, and we’re just glad to be the ones people turn to when they’re feeling under the weather. We are part of the town.
