We are over in Kharagpur, right near the Hero Showroom in Ruisanda. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. If you find the showroom, you’ve basically found us. We are a local real estate firm. We don’t have a big, shiny office like those companies in the big cities. It’s just a plain space where we handle property matters for people in Paschim Medinipur. Most of us grew up around here, so we know who owns which plot and where the new roads are going. We spend a lot of time out of the office, actually looking at land or meeting folks at their homes. When we are at the desk, we’re usually catching up on filing. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come in, you just talk to whoever is sitting there. We deal with buying and selling mostly, and we try to keep things as clear as possible. People around here don't like complicated talk, and neither do we. We just tell you what the situation is with a piece of land or a building. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Being near the showroom means we get a lot of people just dropping in to chat. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. People just know us because we've been around for so long. It's home to us.
