You can find us at Stall No- A/43 in Bhabanipur, Debhog. It’s a bit different being based in Midnapore rather than the big city. We are Susoma Construction Private Limited. Our setup is pretty simple. It is not a high-rise office or anything. We are right there on the ground where the action is. Most of our work is local, and everyone around here knows us or at least knows where the stall is. We spend our time managing building materials and making sure the local projects stay on track. It is a lot of hands-on work. We don't sit behind computers all day long. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites in the heat and check the foundations ourselves. The air is a bit clearer out here than in Kolkata, which is nice. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. If you need to talk to us, you just walk in. We deal with the usual stuff like late trucks and rain stopping the work for a few days. It is just the reality of construction in this part of the world. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We don't have a fancy logo or a marketing plan. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be done. It’s practical work for practical people, and that suits us just fine. We are happy working right here in the local neighborhood.
