Our office is located over at Shib Mandir in Dubchururia. We are staying with Sudhanshu Nandy, which is how the address is listed. It is a bit different from the big city offices because it’s much quieter out here. Shib Durga Developers Llp is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of local development work around this area. Being near the mandir, everyone knows the spot. It is easy to give directions. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is more of a local place where people can just stop by and talk. We handle building and land stuff. Most of the time we are out on the field looking at sites, but this is where we keep all the records and do the planning. It’s a simple life here. We don't use much big English or complicated terms. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to get it done. The address is quite clear if you are from around here. Just look for the Shib Mandir area and ask for Sudhanshu Nandy’s place. We have been working in this community for a while now. It feels more like helping neighbors than running a business. We take our time with things and make sure the paperwork is sorted out properly. It is just a regular group of us working out of a familiar corner. It gets peaceful in the evenings after the sun goes down and we finish up our tasks.
