Rnln Properties Llp is based right here in Vill Kumarpur, specifically in Ward No. 14 of Rajabazar, Contai. It’s just a small local setup where we handle property matters for the neighborhood. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some desks and a lot of old registers. We’ve been around for a bit now, so most people in the village know where to find us. We deal with land and houses, mostly helping folks get their paperwork in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out to the sites, but we manage. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and discussing the local market with whoever drops by. Contai is growing, so there's always something happening with the land prices. We don't have a big team, just a few of us looking after the files. Sometimes we are out in the field looking at a plot, so the office might be locked for an hour. It’s usually better to call ahead if you’re coming from a different ward.
