NIRMIYOMAN CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based out in Haldia, which is a big industrial zone. Our office is located at Samanta Bhavan in the New Nibedita Colony Phase II. It is a developing area near Debhog. Being in Purba Medinipur means we deal with a lot of port-related work and industrial sites. The office is in a pretty new building, but the roads around us are often dusty because of all the trucks passing through. We have a lot of traffic from heavy vehicles around Bhabanipur. It is a very busy part of West Bengal. Our team is usually out on the field wearing helmets and boots. We only come back to the office to finish up the billing and talk to the supervisors. Samanta Bhavan is easy to find if you are in the colony. We have some local guys working with us who know the terrain well. The weather here can be quite humid since we are close to the water. We handle various types of construction projects, from small sheds to larger factory units. It is tough work and the hours can be long, especially when we are trying to meet a deadline. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. We are just local people trying to build things properly. Most of our meetings happen over a cup of tea on the site rather than in a boardroom.
