Netwith Private Limited is based in a quiet spot called Saradeipur. We are located at Brajabandhu Sahoo’s place. The post office is in Gopinathpur, which is how we get all our mail and documents. This isn't a city office at all. It’s more of a rural or small-town setting. We like it this way because it’s peaceful and we don't have to deal with the noise of Kolkata. Our office is basically just a room with some sturdy tables and our networking equipment. It’s very basic, but it’s all we need to get our work done. Most of us are from around here, so we don't have to travel far to get to work. We started this because we saw a need for these services in our local area. It’s been a bit of a journey setting everything up in Saradeipur, but we’ve managed. There isn't much foot traffic around here, so we can focus without many interruptions. Occasionally a stray dog wanders by the door or we hear the local farmers working. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and figure things out as they come. It’s an honest, local business. We’ve been at this address for some time now and the community knows us. It’s a simple life, and we are quite content with how things are going. We just do our work.
