We have been in Haldia for a while and the location in the new market makes it easy for locals to find us. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep but you get used to them. We don't spend much on marketing or anything like that, we just focus on the work we have at hand. The office is often a bit cluttered with papers and registers, which is how we like it because it shows we are actually working. It’s a local business through and through, and we are happy staying right here in the middle of Durgachak.
