Kap Con Developers Private Limited

We are based out in Haldia, specifically near the HPL Link Road in Basudevpur. If you’ve been to this part of Purba Medinipur, you know it’s a busy industrial area. Kap Con Developers Private Limited has been operating from Khanjanchak for a while. It’s a lot of trucks and activity around here. We work on development projects, mostly dealing with the practical side of construction. The office is right where the action is. It's not a quiet place, but that’s fine for us. We spend our mornings checking on sites and our afternoons dealing with the technical stuff. The 721602 area has its own pace. We know the roads and the suppliers around Midnapore. It’s not about being the biggest; it’s about getting the walls up and the roofs on. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but that’s just life in Haldia. We keep our files in order and try to answer the phone whenever it rings. Most of our work comes from people who know us or see our signs at a site. We don't have a marketing department. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We like being here in this part of West Bengal. It feels like things are always being built or fixed. We just fit into that cycle and do our part to keep things moving forward. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much of a break.
