If you head out toward Midnapore, you’ll find us in Kolaghat. We are located in a village called Chatinda, and our office is set up at Gopal Chakraborty’s place. It’s a very different vibe from being in the city. There is a lot more space and it’s much quieter, which we think is better for coming up with new ideas. The air is a bit fresher here, too. We don't have a big glass building or anything like that. It’s just a traditional setup in a local house. The post office is in Kolaghat, and that’s where all our mail goes. Being in a village means we know our neighbors and they know us. We don't try to act like a big city company. We are just local people working on innovations from our own corner of the world. Sometimes the local festivals get a bit loud, and we might take a break to join in, but mostly we are just focused on what we are doing. Our tools and equipment are simple, and we don't have any expensive decorations or modern art on the walls. We just use what we have to get the results we want. It is a very practical and humble way of doing things. We don't see the need for all the fancy stuff you find in Kolkata offices. We just do our work and live our lives.
