Our office is called Mritsikha and we are located in Flat No 3B, over in Block 1 of Gopalnagar. It’s tucked away a bit near the post office in Dwaranda. It’s a quiet area compared to the middle of the city, which we actually prefer. We work on property matters from this flat, so it has a very home-like feel to it. You might hear someone’s TV next door or the sound of birds while we’re talking about land prices. We don't have a big corporate sign or a glass front. It’s just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with people who need help with real estate. Most of the time, we are out visiting plots or checking on building sites, so the office can be empty for a few hours. We deal with a lot of local folks who have known us for years. It’s about being part of the community here. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or fancy brochures. If someone wants to see a property, we just grab the keys and head out. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just open the windows and keep working. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We focus on the details of the local land laws so our neighbors don't have to worry about them. It’s just us doing what we know in a place we like being in.
