DICIC INDIA NIDHI LIMITED

We are located at 1118, Hriday Kutir, which is right in Haria Bazar. It’s in the Khejuri area of Midnapore. The building is easy to spot if you are familiar with the bazar. Dicic India Nidhi Limited isn’t a large corporation. We are just a small local group doing our bit in the village. The office is inside the house, so it feels very much like a home environment. We have some desks set up and some shelves for the account books. Most of our work involves helping the local shopkeepers and farmers save a bit of money. It’s a very practical business. We don't use any big fancy words or complicated financial terms. We just explain things simply to anyone who asks. Haria Bazar is a lively place, especially on market days when the whole street is full of people. We usually get a lot of visitors then. Sometimes it’s hard to hear each other over the noise of the market outside, but we manage. We aren’t trying to compete with the big city banks. We just want to provide a place where neighbors can help each other out with their small financial needs. The paperwork is all done by hand, and we take our time to make sure it’s right. It’s a slow pace of life here in Khejuri, and we like it that way. Most days we are just here waiting for the afternoon rush from the market.
