We are based out of Qtr-B/31, Sec-08 in the Hfc Colony in Haldia. Axino Capital Services Private Limited is run from this spot in Purba Medinipur. It’s a township area, so things feel a bit more community-focused than in a big city. Our office is modest and fits right into the neighborhood. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We stay busy with the local work and the people who live nearby. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't spend money on expensive marketing campaigns or big fancy events. Most of our new work comes from word of mouth, which is how we like it. We try to be direct and clear with everyone. If there's a problem, we just sit down and figure it out. The team here is small, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing or talking to clients. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to us. We’ve been in Haldia for a while and we feel like we belong here. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work. It’s a simple life and we’re happy with it. Living in a township like Haldia means you run into people you know at the market or on the street. It makes the work feel personal.
