Adwitiam Infra Build Private Limited is out in Vill.- Baishnabchak. It is near the Debhog post office in Haldia, Midnapore. It is a bit of a trek from the main city but we like it out here. Our office is at Door No. 165. It is a pretty simple setup because we spend most of our time out on the construction sites anyway. We do all sorts of building and infrastructure tasks for people in the Midnapore area. It is honest work and it keeps us on our feet. We are just local people working for other local people. We don't have any big marketing plans. We just rely on the work we do. Sometimes it is tough getting materials out to the village but we have our ways. The heat in West Bengal can be a lot during the summer months but the work does not stop. We have a small team and we all know each other well. Most mornings we meet at the office and then head out. It is a quiet life in Baishnabchak but the work is steady. We are just trying to build things that last. We don't need any fancy titles or big meetings. We just look at what needs doing and we go out and do it. It is how we have always handled things around here and it seems to work out for everyone involved.
