Nava Barath Fertilizers Ltd.

Our facility is located out in Ellampet village, covering a few survey numbers from 178 to 183. Nava Barath Fertilizers has been a part of this community for many years. It’s a large space because handling fertilizer requires a lot of room for storage and mixing. We spend most of our days dealing with the stuff that helps crops grow better. It’s a very grounded kind of work, literally. The smell of the materials is always around, which is something you stop noticing after the first hour. We have local men from the village working the shifts with us. We start early in the morning, usually before the sun gets too high and makes the sheds too hot. It isn't a high-tech operation with robots or anything. It’s mostly about mixing the right proportions and getting it all into the bags. The roads around Ellampet can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, which makes loading the trucks a bit of a challenge. We just put on our boots and get on with it. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. We all know what needs to be done. The office is just a simple room where we keep the logs and have our tea. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we’re glad to be a small part of the farming cycle. We don't do much talking, we just make sure the bags are filled.
