We’ve been operating out of Medchal for quite some time now. Our place is at Survey Number 808, right in the village area. Most of the people around here know us for the holograms we make. It’s a specific kind of work, putting those shiny security stickers on products. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s important for keeping things authentic. The workshop stays busy from morning till evening. We have a few machines that handle the printing and the cutting. Sometimes they get a bit loud, but that’s just how it is. My team consists of local guys who have learned the trade over the years. We started out with just a small setup and slowly added more equipment as we went along. It’s not a fancy corporate office. There’s usually some dust and the smell of ink in the air. We don't spend much time on marketing or anything like that. Usually, businesses just hear about us and get in touch when they need labels. The summer heat in Medchal can be pretty rough, so we try to get the heavy work done early. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure our customers get their orders on time and the stickers don't peel off easily. It’s a steady life and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the machines. Every day is mostly the same, which suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
