Nisa Ionics

The address is a bit of a mouthful: Plot No:83/Part, Sy. No. 509/1/2, Tsiic, Apparel Export Park, Gundlapochmpally. We’re out in the Medchal area of Telangana, quite a bit away from the main city buzz of Hyderabad. Nisa Ionics is situated in a fairly quiet spot compared to some other industrial parks. The Apparel Export Park has its own vibe. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve seen the area grow slowly. Our building is a standard industrial unit. Inside, it’s all about the equipment and the processes we run. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we don't worry too much about having a fancy reception area. It’s mostly just us and the technicians. The Ranga Reddy district can get very dry, and the dust settles on everything. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment to keep it running right. Most of the people who work here live in the nearby villages or commute from the outskirts of the city. We have a small yard where we park the scooters and take our breaks. We don't use much corporate jargon here. If someone asks what we do, we just show them the machines. It’s a lot of hard work and staying focused on the technical details. We just keep going, day after day. It’s not a place for people who want a flashy office job, but it suits us fine.
