Sainath Reddy Dairy

Our place is at 4 1, Survey No 116 in Kompally. It’s not a big corporate office; it’s more of a functional space for the dairy. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the daily routines that come with this kind of work. There’s always something to be checked or a delivery to be organized. The building is simple and doesn’t have any of those fancy glass fronts. We’ve got some basic desks and a couple of phones that ring more than we’d like. Most of the staff at Sainath Reddy Dairy are from around the area, so we all know each other pretty well. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to someone without having to go through three assistants. We have a small area for records and a place to sit if someone drops by for a chat. The yard outside gets a bit muddy when it rains, but that’s just how it is out here. We don’t spend much on advertising or making things look pretty. We focus on the product and making sure it gets where it needs to go every day. It’s hard work and the hours are early, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in Kompally for a good bit now and we like the pace of things here.
