We run our travel business out of Neelakanta Residency in Sri Sai Nagar Colony. The address is H. No. 8-132/203, which is right in Medpally Village in the Medchal district. It’s more of a home-based setup where we handle all the travel bookings and car rentals. We’ve lived here and worked here for quite a while now. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we have cars available for hire. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer checking routes and prices. It’s not a big office with a lot of staff, mostly just us managing the drivers and the vehicles. We try to keep the cars in good shape because the roads around Medchal can be a bit rough sometimes. When someone needs a taxi for the airport or a trip to a nearby temple, they give us a call and we see what’s available. It’s a lot of back and forth with the schedules. Sometimes things change at the last minute and we have to scramble to find another car. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures. We just talk to people and figure out what they need for their trip. It’s a quiet life in Sri Sai Nagar Colony until the phone starts ringing with a new booking for the weekend. We handle the paperwork and the payments right here at the house, keeping everything simple and straightforward for everyone involved. That’s just how we do it.
