YV BUILDERS LLP is located in Pragathi Nagar, Medchal, right at Plot No 902. We are directly opposite Pragathi High School, so we get to see the school rush every morning and afternoon. We do residential building work, mostly in and around this area. It’s not a fancy operation. Our office is basically just a place to keep our tools and papers when we aren’t out at a site. We spend most of our time on the ground, making sure the walls are going up right and the materials are what they should be. It’s a lot of physical work and constant checking. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a polished website. Most people find us because they live nearby and see us working on a house down the street. We’ve lived in this part of Hyderabad for a long time, so we know the local ground conditions and the best suppliers to use. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being short, but we just deal with it. We don't try to sound like a huge corporation. We’re just a few guys who know the building trade and want to do a decent job. It’s hard work, but there’s something good about seeing a project through to the end. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s simple, really. Every day is different, and that's what keeps it interesting. We're glad to be part of this growing neighborhood in Medchal.
