Yata Infra Private Limited. We are based out of Kranthi Nagar in Bachupally. The office is on the 2nd floor at Plot No. 92/P. It’s right in the Kukatpally area of Hyderabad. Bachupally is growing fast, so there’s always something happening outside the window, like new construction or more traffic. We’ve got a decent setup here, nothing too fancy, just the basics like desks and chairs. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people to make sure our work stays on track. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication on the phone. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or local traffic, which is just part of life here. We don’t have a corporate office feel at all. It’s more like a group of people working together in a local space. We know the tea stall downstairs and the people in the other offices in the building. It’s a good community. Most of our day is spent handling the day-to-day stuff and making sure we have everything we need for the current projects. We don't use any complicated systems or fancy software. Just simple spreadsheets and a lot of talking to make sure everyone is on the same page. It’s simple but it works for us.
