You can find us at H.No. SRT-1099 on the ground floor in Sanath Nagar. It’s a pretty straightforward spot. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators or stairs when we are moving clothes in and out. Xchangecloset is a private limited company, but we don't really act like a big corporation. It’s mostly just us handling second-hand or exchange clothing. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many items coming through, but we make it work. Sanath Nagar is an old part of Hyderabad and it has a lot of character. We like being part of this neighborhood. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We spend a lot of time sorting through things and making sure everything is clean and ready. It’s a lot of manual labor, honestly. We aren't sitting in leather chairs all day. Most of the time we are on our feet or sitting on stools. We started this because we liked the idea of clothes getting a second life. It’s a simple idea, and we try to keep the business side of it simple too. If you are in the area, you’ll see our place easily enough. We're just a small team doing our best to keep the closet moving. It’s not fancy, but it’s our business and we're proud to be here. The street noise is constant, but we've gotten used to it.
