Waltair Infra Projects Private Limited is based out of Ramanthapur. Our address is H No. 3-16-106/371/A in Venkat Reddy Nagar. We’ve been working in the construction and infrastructure field for some time now. Hyderabad is growing so fast, so there’s always something to do, whether it’s a small building project or some repair work on a larger site. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s functional, with a couple of desks and a lot of files piled up. We spend most of our time out in the field anyway, checking on sites and workers. Ramanthapur is where we started, and we know the local vendors around here pretty well. It helps when you need a truckload of cement or bricks at the last minute. We’ve got a crew that’s been with us for years. They know how we work and we know they’ll show up on time and do the job. We don't go for big fancy ads or anything. Most of our jobs come from people we've worked with before or local contractors. We just try to finish the projects on a reasonable schedule. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or there’s a shortage of laborers, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We don't make excuses; we just try to get the walls up and the roof on. It’s hard work, but it’s what keeps the lights on for the team here.
