Waffel Meyer (Asia) Private Limited

Our place is Plot No.10 in the I.D.A. area of Uppal. We go by Waffel Meyer (Asia) Private Limited. Being in an industrial development area means there are always trucks moving and people working nearby. It’s not a quiet neighborhood, but it’s a good place for a business like ours. We spend our mornings getting everything ready at the plot. It can get pretty loud with all the machinery and the stuff going on next door. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don’t really do much besides work. It’s about getting things organized and making sure Waffel Meyer is running like it should. We’ve been at this Uppal location for a bit. It is a solid building, nothing too modern, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is a bit slow, but we just work around it. That is part of being in this part of town. We are not some big corporate machine. We are just people who show up at Plot No.10 every morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but we find a rhythm in it. We like being part of the Uppal community even if it is mostly just other businesses around us. It feels real and grounded here. We aren't here to talk about goals. We are just here to do the work. The days are long but we don't mind the grind at all.
