Vrd Homes Constructions (Opc) Private Limited

This is a one-person company based in Madinaguda, Chandanagar. You can find us at Plot Number 69, in Flat G-2. We mainly do home constructions. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a very personal operation. I handle most of the big decisions myself and work with a regular group of contractors I trust. The office is right there in the apartment, so it’s a very local, hands-on feel. I spend my days visiting sites in Chandanagar and making sure the houses are being built the right way. It’s a lot of responsibility because people are putting their savings into these homes. I don't use a lot of fancy talk. I just tell people what is possible and what isn't. Madinaguda is a busy neighborhood with a lot of new houses going up. My office is usually full of tile samples and paint charts. It can get a bit messy, but that's what happens when you're actually working. I’ve been in construction for a long time and decided to start this on my own to have more control over the quality. It’s not a big corporate firm. It’s just me and my team trying to build solid homes. Sometimes there are issues with workers or supplies, but I just deal with them one by one. I like being my own boss and seeing a house go from an empty plot to a finished home.
