We are based at 16-3-240/2 in Vasanth Nagar, right near the JNTU area in Kukatpally. VJ Buildwise Infra Private Limited is basically just a group of us who enjoy the building process. The office is in a spot that’s easy to get to, though the traffic near Tirumalagiri can be a headache sometimes. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at the sites. Building things in Hyderabad means dealing with a lot of different people every day. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times we’re scrambling to fix a mistake or wait out a rainstorm. It’s just how it is. Our office is a practical space, filled with files and old samples of stone or tiles. We’ve been around the Kukatpally neighborhood long enough to know most of the suppliers and how to get things moved around. It isn't always easy, and there are long days where we don't get home until late. But seeing a project actually take shape makes the stress worth it. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the foundations are right and the walls are straight. We’re just regular people doing a regular job, and we don't really know how to do it any other way than just being on-site.
