Vika Construction And Design Private Limited is based out of Srinivas Nagar in the Qutbullapur area. Our office address is 45-234/1, and it’s right in the heart of Jagathgirigutta. This part of town has a lot of hills and uneven roads, which makes for some interesting site visits. We handle both the design side and the actual construction, so there’s always a lot of back and forth between the drawing board and the field. The office is usually cluttered with samples of tiles and different paint swatches. We aren't some big corporate firm with a glass building; we are just local people who enjoy the process of making things. Sometimes the designs we come up with have to be changed because of the reality of the ground, but we always figure it out. It’s a lot of hard work, and we often go home with dust on our clothes and tired feet. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people like normal neighbors and tell them what can and can't be done on their land. The traffic in Qutbullapur can be pretty bad in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up our site meetings before the rush starts. We’ve worked on a variety of small projects around this neighborhood. It’s a good community to be a part of, and we’re happy to be working here every day.
