Venkataiah Developers Private Limited is located over in Siri Nagar, which is part of the R K Puram area in LB Nagar. Our house number is 14-120/2/1. We are right on the edge of Hyderabad and Rangareddi. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We don't have a big shiny office building with glass walls. We work out of a regular place that most people would just drive past without noticing. That suits us fine because we are usually out at different sites anyway. Developing land and building houses takes up all our time. We’ve seen LB Nagar change so much over the years. New roads and buildings are popping up everywhere you look. We try to contribute to that growth in our own small way. It’s not always easy, especially when permits take forever or the costs of materials go up unexpectedly. We just take it day by day and try to keep our promises to the people we work for. There are no fancy suits here, just dusty boots and practical clothes. We know the local area well and that helps us get things done faster than someone from outside. If you ever find yourself in Siri Nagar, you might see our truck around. We are just a group of local people trying to make a living by building things that will last for a long while. It’s hard work, but we are used to it and wouldn't know what else to do with our time. It’s what keeps us going.
