V K Agri Crop Sciences Private Limited is based out of Emerald Residency in Kompally. If you’re looking for us, we are in Block B G7. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which is good for focusing on what we do. We deal with crop sciences, which basically means we look at how plants grow and what they need. It’s a lot of trial and error. Some days we are out in the fields, and other days we’re stuck inside looking at data. The Medchal area has changed a lot lately, but we’ve stayed put. Our team is a mix of people who have been around farming their whole lives and some newer folks. We don’t really do big speeches or formal meetings. Usually, we just sit around the table and talk about what needs to be done next. There’s always a problem to solve with pests or weather. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office is tucked away in the residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building. We like that. It keeps things grounded. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. We try to be helpful when people come by with questions about their crops. It is just a small group of us trying to make a living here.
