We have a bit of a weird name, Urban Cowboy Agribusiness And Developers, but it fits what we do. We sit right here in Madinaguda at Plot No.43 in Mythri Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot on Road No.6, Phase 2. We deal with land and farming stuff, but we also handle some development work. It’s an interesting mix because one day we might be talking about crops and the next we are looking at building plans. We aren't some high-tech firm. Our office at H.No.5-43 is pretty basic, just a place to sit down and talk things through. We’ve lived around Hyderabad long enough to see how the city is eating up the green spaces. We try to find a balance between the two. Sometimes the paperwork for the agribusiness side gets piled up on the desk, and we have to spend the whole weekend catching up. It’s not glamorous at all. We just wanted to do something that combined our interest in the land with the need for new buildings. Most people in the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always coming and going in muddy trucks. We don't have a lot of polished speeches. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is done right. If there’s a problem with a plot or a project, we deal with it directly instead of hiding behind emails.
