Our place is over at the Vijaya Sathya complex in Kompally. We are on the second floor in House Number 103. It’s a good location for a construction company because Kompally is changing so fast these days. Every time you drive down the road, there’s a new building or a new shop opening up. We’ve been in this office for some time, and it’s where we do all our project management and planning. It’s not a very big space—just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of paper. We aren't the type to have a fancy lobby or anything. We’re usually too busy coordinating with site supervisors or talking to suppliers to worry about how the office looks. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, and we just try to keep everything organized from our little spot on the second floor. Sometimes it feels like we spend half our lives on the phone, but that’s what it takes to get things built. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees; we’re a small team that knows each other well. We just show up, do our work, and try to make sure our projects are moving in the right direction. If you’re ever in the complex, you can just come up and find us. We’re usually around unless we’re all out on site.
