TRILLIANCE BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based over in Nagole. You can find us at Environ Towers in Mamatha Nagar Colony. We are up on the sixth floor, Flat 602. It’s a good spot because we can see quite a bit of the area from up there. We’ve been doing building work in Hyderabad for some time. The office is where we do all the planning and the boring stuff like taxes and permits. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and a lot of paper. Most of our real work happens outside. Being in Nagole is handy because it’s well-connected. We spend a lot of time traveling between different parts of the city to check on our projects. Building things is a tough business and there are always hurdles, like getting materials on time or dealing with the weather. We don’t have any grand mission statements or anything like that. We just want to build things that stay standing and do it without too much drama. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for years. We talk to our clients like regular people because that’s what we are. There’s no corporate talk here. Sometimes things get a bit loud in the office when we’re trying to figure something out, but that’s just how we work. We’re just local builders trying to make a living in Telangana and doing our best with every project that comes our way. The parking downstairs is a bit of a mess, too.
